The Horse
Since all our products are custom-made and personalized , we are unable to accept general returns or offer refunds once production has started. Each item is created specifically for you based on your chosen design, colors, and specifications.
Exceptions
We will gladly offer a replacement or partial refund in the following cases:
The product arrives damaged or defective .
The product you received is significantly different from what you ordered.
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
