Since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept general returns or refunds once the production process has begun.

Each piece is custom-made according to your chosen design, color, and specifications.

Exceptional Cases

We are happy to resend or partially refund in the following cases:

If the product arrived damaged or defective.

If the product you received is significantly different from what you ordered.

In these cases, we kindly request that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Once the situation is verified, an exchange or refund will be processed according to the circumstances.

Order Cancellations

If the production process has not yet begun, orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Pikunik’te her parça, sizin için özenle ve detaylara dikkat edilerek hazırlanır. Ürün üretimi 1 hafta ile 10 gün arasında değişebiliyor.

Teslimat Bölgeleri

Kuzey Kıbrıs:

Teslimat Ücreti: 200 TL

Teslimat Süresi: Sipariş onayından sonra ortalama 1–3 iş günü içerisinde teslim edilir.

Güney Kıbrıs:

Güney Kıbrıs’a da gönderim yapıyoruz.

Teslimat Süresi: Konuma bağlı olarak 7 iş gününe kadar sürebilir.

Kargo Ücreti: Bölgeye göre değişiklik gösterir ve ödeme aşamasında ya da talep üzerine bildirilir.

Lütfen teslimat sürelerinin hava koşulları, yoğunluk veya kargo firması kaynaklı gecikmelere bağlı olarak değişebileceğini unutmayın.

At Pikunik, each piece is carefully prepared for you with attention to detail. Product production can vary between 1 week and 10 days.

Northern Cyprus:

Delivery Fee: 200 TL

Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within an average of 1-3 business days after order confirmation.

Southern Cyprus:

We also ship to Southern Cyprus.

Delivery Time: Depending on location, it may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Fee: Varies by region and will be communicated during the payment process or upon request.
