Each piece is custom-made according to your chosen design, color, and specifications.
Exceptional Cases

If the product arrived damaged or defective.
If the product you received is significantly different from what you ordered.
In these cases, we kindly request that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Order Cancellations
If the production process has not yet begun, orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
