Each piece is custom-made to your chosen design, color and features.
Exceptional Circumstances
We are happy to reship or offer a partial refund in the following cases:
If the product arrives to you damaged or defective.
If the product you receive is significantly different from what you ordered.
In these cases, we kindly ask you to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Once the situation is verified, an exchange or refund will be made depending on the circumstances.
